To increase effectiveness of the longer term benefits by keeping up momentum it is necessary to have someone the client knows and trusts to support them. The support person is trained in what support is needed and how to assist them. This means that clients are not left to their own devises after the initial programme and can continue the work at their own speed.
After the initial one-to-one sessions
As with any development activity the greatest benefits are only derived from continued practice, which is the learner's responsibility to undertake. There are 6 hours included in the programme’s cost to provide additional support and review meetings. These are for the client to call upon as and when they require.
Seeing Results
Every client is different. Most clients note a difference after the first session - which typically is 4-6 hours. My slowest to respond client transformed his hand-writing in 5 days.
Age
The programme is suitable for any age upwards of 7 or 8 years old. I prefer to work with 10 years or older as by this time the characteristics are more clearly defined and the problems sufficiently recognised in order for the child to want to do the work to make things easier for them. A number of my clients have been over 55 and have benefited hugely, so it goes to show that age does not matter.
Testimonial
“I couldn’t bear to have books or magazines lying around the house. Even when my children were at school I always insisted that their books were kept in their bedrooms. After my programme this all changed and I had great pleasure in walking into a large book store and buying two books and some magazines to take on holiday with me.”
